- Submitting this form does not guarantee approval
- Requests are reviewed based on alignment with A.T.A. objectives, and availability
- Incomplete or incorrect submissions may not be processed
- Final item selection and quantities are determined by A.T.A.
- Approved items must be picked up at the A.T.A. office (no delivery)
- Requests submitted too close to the event date may not be accommodated
- Recipients agree to use items as described
- The Aruba Tourism Authority reserves the right to approve, modify, or deny any request
